Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times: Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping rates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Subscription orders: Subscription orders are automatically shipped based on your selected delivery schedule. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at info@bellonutrition.com.
Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us at info@bellonutrition.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
