Thank you for shopping with Bello. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Bello is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at bellonutrition@gmail.com — we will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Bello is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your building's mail room
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at bellonutrition@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a resolution.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Bello ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.
